Absolutely loved this home! This is a great property and home has a totally private separate room that can be accessed through the garage/kitchen or backyard. What a unique and fantastic house in a great location! Derek was an amazing host and made the entire process that much better. Perfect place for a weekend couples getaway, everyone loved it! Excellent experience and highly recommend.

We had our first cousin trip to float the river in San Marcos and this place was close enough in case we forgot anything but far enough out that we didn’t get so much city noise. It was very pet friendly and didn’t have a laundry list of check out tasks. The A/C worked beautifully which was a huge plus! There are multiple units on this property which allowed our family to surprise us by booking the unit next door! We had a great time and it had everything we needed
